Temporary/Seasonal staffing

DIVERSE HR has a larger network of available workers than do many employers. Employers looking to hire seasonal workers, for example, would need to advertise job openings, interview candidates and process new hire documentation for a relatively short period of employment. DIVERSE HR, on the other hand, has relationships with workers we have already identified as dependable, reliable and conscientious and who can fill a vacancy in a matter of days, or even hours. The network that DIVERSE HR maintains is a broad one from which we can tap potential employees who can fill any position an employer might have or anticipate.

Temporary to Permanent

DIVERSE HR will waive all permanent recruitment fees for any temporary employee who has been on assignment with our client for a period of 640 hours (this is flexible). For temporary employees, you get an opportunity to observe employee performance, qualifications and work habits before offering our temporary worker a permanent job. This can cut down on turnover once the trial period is complete and both the employee and employer are satisfied the job is a good fit. Using DIVERSE HR for high-volume placements can result in tremendous savings related to turnover, training costs and the intangible costs of turnover, such as employee morale.

Contract Staffing

DIVERSE HR can assist you when you have the need for an employee for a longer duration of time but are unable to guarantee a permanent employment opportunity. Contract staff can be useful in such cases as in maternity leaves, extended sick leaves or project work. Contract employment also addresses business cycles and manpower peaks, it gives your company the flexibility to hire talent when you need it the most. In simple words, contract employment in many ways allows companies to scale resources as and when they are required faster and effectively.

Permanent

DIVERSE HR can relive you of the stress on finding that right employee. We undertake all recruitment functions and the associated costs such as pre-employment screening procedures, advertising, interviews, reference checking, hiring negotiations and etcetera. DIVERSE HR does not charge you any fee unless your company hires our candidate.

We believe health and safety is more than just a legal obligation and that safety should be the first priority in any workplace. We train all of our applicants to follow good health and safety practices and a test(s) and evaluation(s) is followed. Every applicant is shown WHMIS and GMP films and is required to attend a health and safety session our agency provides. All employees are required to attend a session on protective equipment and their usage. They are informed of the safety rules and procedures that need to be followed when in the workplace.
